Cammidge House, a restored historic farmhouse, is suitable for small indoor gatherings of 40 to 50 people. Set back about 400 metres from Centennial Beach and surrounded by grassy areas, it can accommodate 75 people for outdoor events.
Please note: Catering and liquor service not provided. Provincial government issued Special Event Permit required in order to serve liquor.
There is a wheelchair access ramp to the entrance of Cammidge House although there is a 3 cm lip at the doorway. The first floor washrooms are wheelchair accessible. There is only stair access to the second floor. Parking/ drop off is located within 5 metres of the building entrance.
Hourly rate
Monday to Fridays between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm (min. of 4 consecutive hours)
Saturdays between 10:00 am and 11:00 pm (min. of 8 consecutive hours)
Sunday/Holidays between 10:00 am and 11:00 pm (min. of 4 consecutive hours)
$100/hour plus GST
Tent Fee
Charged when tents are erected. Does not include cost of renting and erecting tents.
