Georgia St.). Creative Energy is currently operating under permit GVA1041, which expires April 1, 2025.</p><p>Creative Energy is requesting a new permit with term to April 1, 2035. The existing facility uses six natural gas boilers to produce steam for Creative Energy’s district energy system.The combustion products from the steam boilers are discharged to the atmosphere through five stacks.</p><p>Separately, Creative Energy is constructing a new replacement steam plant, which will consist of four high-efficiency natural gas fired boilers with low emission burners. Creative Energy will submit a new permit application for this new plant closer to its completion date.
