Kelly CourtKelly Court<div class="ExternalClass55606C36FC9B425C9BAAD1761DC258B1"><p>Kelly Court is a three-level, wood frame apartment building originally constructed in 1980 with 44 residential units. The building is 100% wheelchair accessible. This building envelope rehabilitation project includes replacing the exterior wall cladding, windows and doors, roof membrane, and balconies. The intent is to give this building a new life cycle and upgrade the outdoor amenity spaces. <br></p></div><div class="ExternalClass6341BAE076214F8C9E106048A0F0416C"><ul><li>Significant energy improvements will help lower tenant energy bills, improve tenant comfort and make the building more resilient to severe climate events, as well as improving the exterior appearance of the building.</li><li>Tenants were engaged on the design of a new outdoor amenity space on the west side of the building including an accessible community garden space. <br></li></ul></div>https://metrovancouver.org/services/housing/PublishingImages/KellyCourt1.jpg, Kelly Court https://metrovancouver.org/services/housing/PublishingImages/KellyCourt1.jpgComplete
