The facility engages in powder paint coating of architectural and decorative finishes for metal products. Items such as aluminum or steel architectural railings are brought in to the facility for painting and corrosion protection. Items first go through a washing step and then a drying furnace/oven eliminates excess moisture. A clear coat and/or primer is then applied in a paint booth. This is followed by a powder coat in an electrostatic powder paint booth. Once completed, the items are transported by conveyor to an enclosed furnace/oven for baking.
