As one of the largest affordable housing providers in the region, Metro Vancouver Housing recognizes both the need and opportunity to increase and renew our supply of affordable rental housing. This can be done through redevelopment of existing properties, and through
partnerships with public, private and non-profit sectors. One example of how we partner is on our new development sites, where Metro Vancouver Housing builds and operates new affordable rental housing on municipally-owned land.
