Westshore Terminals Limited PartnershipWestshore Terminals Limited PartnershipGVA0153<div class="ExternalClass006653F93A1C484A8E0B144FA2166441"><p>​The purpose of this application is to request an amendment to Air Quality Management Permit No. GVA0153, issued November 30, 1992, to authorize the discharge of air contaminants from potash storage and handling activities.</p><div>Westshore is currently authorized for coal handling at the facility and plans to include potash as an additional bulk commodity. Facility modifications to accommodate potash include a new rail car dumper, conveyors, storage building, ship-loaders, ship loading chutes and associated dust collectors. The information collected will be used for the purpose of making a decision on the permit application and will be forwarded to the permit applicant for response to the District Director.
