Metro Vancouver Regional District Loan Authorization Bylaw No. 1381, 2024 authorizes the MVRD Board to borrow an amount up to $70 million dollars ($70,000,000), for the purpose of lending such monies to the Metro Vancouver Housing Corporation to allow it to undertake required building envelope repairs and mechanical servicing upgrades to extend the lifecycle of several of its housing complexes, upon such terms as conditions specified under agreement dated March 22, 2024.
