This upgrade will extend the facility's service life and ensure it can withstand an earthquake to continue delivering high-quality drinking water to the community.

The ugprade will be completed in two phases, from fall 2021 until fall 2024. Phase 1 took place from fall 2021 to summer 2022. Project UpdateProject Update

Starting the week of September 9 until end of September, we will pave the roof of the reservoir using a substance that will temporarily release a strong smell near the work area. There are no risks to public health.

During this work, construction crews will use heavy machinery to apply polyester polymer concrete, which temporarily releases gases. The smell can be described as similar to acetone and it may last in the air for approximately one hour.

Once this work is completed, new fencing will be installed around the tennis courts. The tennis courts will then be restored and cleaned. When all activities are complete, the work zone will be removed

9/5/2024 7:00:00 AM
