Pebble Hill Reservoir Seismic UpgradePebble Hill Reservoir Seismic Upgrade

Operating the region’s vast water system requires constant upgrades, repairs, and expansion to meet the needs of a growing population. Metro Vancouver is seismically upgrading Pebble Hill Reservoir located at Pebble Hill Park in the City of Delta.

Pebble Hill is an in-system reservoir, one of 27 in the region. In-system reservoirs help maintain the required water pressure needed during peak times.

This seismic upgrade of the Pebble Hill reservoir will help ensure the continued delivery of clean, safe drinking water to residents especially during an emergency event.

Construction will be completed in two phases from fall 2021 until Fall 2024. The majority of work will take place inside of the reservoir to minimize construction impacts on the surrounding community.

Fact Sheet - Pebble Hill Reservoir Seismic Upgrade

City of Delta
