​Procurement approach

​​​​Metro Vancouver is fostering an integrated, collaborative, and flexible approach to the delivery of the Northwest Langley Wastewater Treatment Plant ​(NLWWTP) Program. This strategy will enable Metro Vancouver to respond to ongoing program development, competing priorities, and market conditions — all of which will inform the detailed implementation and procurement process for each program component.

The following timeline is an overview of the anticipated procurement process for consulting engineering services for the NLWWTP Outfall. Schedule is subject to change.​

  • Request for Qualification – RFQ – Q1 2025
  • Request for Proposal – RFP – Q2-Q3 2025
