Metro Vancouver is fostering an integrated, collaborative, and flexible approach to the delivery of the Northwest Langley Wastewater Treatment Plant (NLWWTP) Program. This strategy will enable Metro Vancouver to respond to ongoing program development, competing priorities, and market conditions — all of which will inform the detailed implementation and procurement process for each program component.

- Request for Qualification – RFQ – Q1 2025
- Request for Proposal – RFP – Q2-Q3 2025
- Outfall Design – Q3 2025 to Q2 2027
