To make a complaint about a discharge to the sanitary sewer, or to notify us of a spill to the sanitary sewer, you can:

- Address/location of the discharge
- Company name(s) (if applicable and known)
- Description of your concern
We encourage you to provide contact information, although you can submit a complaint anonymously. Generally, we will not call or email you back unless we need more information. Metro Vancouver will not identify the person who submitted a complaint when following up.
Metro Vancouver’s Liquid Waste Regulatory Program regulates discharges to the sanitary sewer across Metro Vancouver, except in the City of Vancouver.
