<div class="ExternalClassC5B0B9F0804646B2BF43418DF78B41DA"><p>Regional Emergency Management is conducted through the Integrated Partnership for Regional Emergency Management (IPREM) which was created as a Partnership between Metro Vancouver and the Province through a Memorandum of Understanding and Board approval in the spring of 2009. In order to create a disaster resilient region, the regional exercise program conducts region wide emergency exercises.</p></div>
