Youth4Action events are engaging, experiential leadership clinics and workshops which empower, connect, and inspire student leaders from across our region. We plan and deliver events in collaboration with student leaders who share our passion for action and leadership. If you’re passionate about sustainability, eager to enhance your leadership skills, and want to make an impact in your school community, these events are for you.

March Break Sustainability Leadership Boot Camp
Think Global, Lead and Act Local
Ready to make a difference? Join high school students from across Metro Vancouver for three action-packed days of leadership, learning, and fun!
This free, experience-based program is designed for youth who want to create positive change and take action for sustainability in their communities.
What’s in store?
- Meet passionate professionals and discover unique sustainability career paths
- Connect to nature at Deas Island Regional Park
- Explore strategies for protecting healthy waters in a behind-the-scenes tour of Lulu Island Wastewater Treatment Plant
- Explore climate change impacts and share your ideas for adapting and taking action
- Get to know Metro Vancouver’s role and services and provide input on upcoming initiatives
- Take on a stewardship activity at Campbell Valley Regional Park with CTS Youth Society
