These include bylaws, regulations, and codes of practice related to:
- Air emissions from industries, trades, businesses, equipment, activities, operations, and residences
- Wastewater from industries, businesses, and institutions
- Privately owned solid waste facilities and waste hauler records
We issue permits and licences, and assess whether our requirements and bylaws are being met.
