A Regional Context Statement is the linking document that shows how a municipality's aspirations align with and support the regional vision, as expressed in Metro 2040. Every member jurisdiction must adopt a Regional Context Statement as part of its Official Community Plan. It must also be accepted by the Metro Vancouver Board of Directors.
