Submit a Report for a Permit or Licence

​Permit an​​d licence holders are required to submit reports using the Regulation and Enforcement Monitoring and Information Report (REMIR) system.

Reporting inclu​des:

• Solid waste facility licences: Quantities and type of materials received at solid waste facilities, including disposal facilities, transfer stations, material re​​covery facilities, compost facilities, brokering facilities and storage facilities
• Waste discharge permits: Sample test results and flow data for wastewater discharged to the sewer, sample point photos, and mainten​ance logs
• Air auality permits: Compli​ance monitoring and other plans and reports for facilities whose emissions are authorized by an air quality permit
