Permit and licence holders are required to submit reports using the Regulation and Enforcement Monitoring and Information Report (REMIR) system.
Reporting includes:
- Solid waste facility licences: Quantities and type of materials received at solid waste facilities, including disposal facilities, transfer stations, material recovery facilities, compost facilities, brokering facilities and storage facilities
- Waste discharge permits: Sample test results and flow data for wastewater discharged to the sewer, sample point photos, and maintenance logs
- Air auality permits: Compliance monitoring and other plans and reports for facilities whose emissions are authorized by an air quality permit
